Our pets are so much a part of our lives and a special part of each family. They are also totally dependent on us for their well-being and a safe, loving home. By supporting a pet charity, we can give them just that.

Our pets provide so much love and happiness that it is distressing to know that there are many abandoned and injured ex-pets and stray animals looking for help and a safe harbour.

This is why I have chosen to support a pet rescue charity with a part of the proceeds I receive from drawing your cherished pets.

It is gratifying to know our contribution gives them the opportunity to have a loving home, a safe haven, and a happy life after all their previous tribulations.

Kiara

Kiara is an example of an adorable stray that Woodgreen takes in and cares for.
Help others like Kiara and give them the happy, loving home they deserve – a second chance at life.

Kiara was discovered wandering the streets by herself, cold, hurt, and hungry.
She had lost her tail and the tips of her ears, and she required intensive care from our team in order to heal.

Supporting Abandoned Animals

When you purchase a pet commission, a percentage of your payment will be given back to dogs, cats, and other animals that have fallen on hard times.

Woodgreen Pets Charity is a heartwarming organisation that specialises in rescuing pets, and I think it is a wonderful charity to support.

The charity takes in abandoned and vulnerable animals of all descriptions and provides them with much-needed food, care, and safety.

They then put these rescue animals up for adoption. Any animal lover can adopt a rescue dog, rescue cat, rescue rabbit, and more.

By adopting and opening up your hearts, you generously change the lives of your new friends forever.

Those fortunate enough to be adopted get a loving home with unconditional love.

Woodgreen operates charity shops in many towns across the United Kingdom. By supporting these and popping in to purchase something small, you will also provide a much-needed contribution towards new lives for all the homeless pets.

So even if you do not commission a pet portrait from me today, you can still contribute to the charity in a positive way when visiting one of their shops.
